I haven't gotten over the habit of forgetting to take pictures, and there are only a few of them, but the scale was so large that I couldn't imagine it from the entrance, and it was an old-fashioned one-season brew(Brew for one year with one winter brewing)And yet the koji room(Kojimuro)There were many surprises, such as the fact that it was an all-stainless steel room. In addition, I was told that well water was used for the brewing water, so I tasted it, and I was convinced that it should be a beautiful light blue, soft, sweet, and delicious sake.Under the name of "Tsuten", not only sake is brewed by the local "Dewa Shine" and "Tsuyahime", but also old sake and sparkling liquor. If you notice that it is an astringent label, it may be "辨天" ... Please purchase it(^ 0 ^)
P.S. As a premium sake at our store, the contents of "Kitaichi Bamboo Sake", which is not listed on the menu and is limited in offer, is actually this "Kitaichi Special Selection Sake" ...
