Sake backstory

I can't tell you who I heard it from, but I want to tweet the backstory once in a while.
If you are in Miyagi Prefecture, you know the Kinnoi Sake Brewery's"Cotton shop" series
I think the reason why people outside the prefecture don't know much is because they don't have much media exposure.
(There are rumors that they don't like the media, but I think they value the local area because they also make regional sake and so on.)

Book brewing at a cotton shop? Some people may not have much of an image, but that should be the case...Kinnoi Shuzo is working on the transition to making all pure rice, and they haven't sold this brewing system for a while.
Then, why is it about now, it seems that brewed alcohol came out when the brewery was organized, and it was useless when I tried to go to the tax office to dispose of it, so it appeared as the last real brew! So if you miss this time, you won't be able to drink it again, so be quick ~
* There is a rule that the brewery cannot dispose of it without permission, and you must declare it and ask an industrial waste company.
